In 2005, Mattel used the X-V charging technology for a Ferrari branded product line. They were slightly larger than basic Hot Wheels. They would be comparable to 1:32 scale cars, about 3.5" (9mm) in length. You can see comparison pics on this page. This is the Ferrari X-V 'Cyclone Chamber' set. As you can see, they didn't run in a lane of track. The cars had a channel underneath them and they road a 'rail'. Back to Table of Contents. |
