| The party was wonderful and Will was very surprised with the track!
Our track is a simple wooden box about 2 feet high with grooves on the
bottom so it can sit easily on the grass and cut-out handles on the sides
for moving it easily. It has 1x1's around the top so the cars waiting
to race won't fall off the stand, and it has a removable ramp that holds
up the track for racing. I painted it blue to match the track so it's
a bit difficult to tell where the track ends and the stand begins.
Thanks so much for your help and for getting it all here in plenty of time for the Big Day! Emily PS. It was shortly thereafter that my husband realized the track was meant to fit into the black slots on the starting gate!? |
