| Since the concept of racing diecast was introduced just over thirty years ago, there has been virtually no innovations in the market, no improvements to the gravity powered racing scene what-so-ever. Not until the genius of RaceGrooves has there been hardly a thing to get excited about in diecast racing. Not until now. | |
|
Mark Kasimoff saw a need for something better, something
that would make racing easier, faster, and more fun than it had ever been
before. Looking at the current problems faced with current readily
available track sets and accessories, Mark formed a solution in his
head. Why not make a track that is modular? Multiple lanes with currently available single lane tracks create too many problems with straightness, staying level, and too many bumps. Why not make it long enough to virtually eliminate the problems associated with too many track sections? Why not, Mark asked himself... So he started asking himself more questions. How could you make this track smoother, longer, and most importantly, why not more |
| than one lane? Would such a track system sell? Would it be
cost effective? And would it WORK? Throwing caution to the wind, Mark set about bringing his vision to reality. What he came up with is easily the most exciting track advancement since the invention of the diecast car. Race Grooves is a revolutionary new system for creating the fastest, most cost effective club or home track. Mark has accomplished his goal, and I'm proud to say I know him. This is what dreams are made of, the little guy with the big idea, and guts enough to pull it off. |

The Race Grooves system features six foot long, two-lane strips of track. The lanes are separated by higher than average barriers that help keep the cars in the lanes. The tracks clip together using standard sized track joiners, two per track section. But the real beauty, and the genius behind Race Grooves, |
| is the connectivity side to side. Two lanes can become
4-lanes, or 6-lanes or more, as easily as sliding another section on. The
track strips are designed with connecting grooves on each side that slide
together, making this the most stable, smooth, and fast system ever
created! Retailing at around $20 per six foot, 2-lane strip, when you add up all the currently available track it would take to make two lanes of six foot track, this price sounds very reasonable. |

When you consider that in this six feet of two lane track there are
no breaks, bumps, or ridges, this price becomes even more appealing. Ken | |
